REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS DUE TO THE TYPE OF PRODUCT!!!

Any order placed after 4pm CST will be processed the next Business day.

*NOTE*  If an error occurred on the Behalf of Pretty Little Waist you have 5 Days to exchange an item from the day that product was received. Any product that has been altered in any way, CAN NOT and WILL NOT be exchanged. To be considered for an exchange, product must be in its original packaging with all labels/tags and documents attached.

*EXCHANGES* once Pretty Little Waist receives your item, we will then inspect it. We then will notify you the status of your order after inspection. Once approved PLW will initiate an exchange of your choice. There is a 5 day grace period to exchange a product after its been purchased.

 

*CANCELLATIONS* If you would like to cancel an order you have up to 24 hours after you have made a purchase.

NOTE*** There will be a Restocking fee of $20 dollars for all canceled or intercepted orders, This comes off total amount being refunded back to original payment. method. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! PRICES ARE SUBJECTED TO CHANGE! Pretty Little Waist IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST OF EXCHANGING AN ORDER IF THE ERROR OCCURRED ON OUR END! if you wish to exchange and order due to wrong size or not fitting correctly you may do so but are responsible for shipping cost.

Payment & Shipping*

Pretty Little Waist accepts all major Credit cards, Debit cards and  Paypal as a form of payment. If you don't have a "Paypal" , not a problem. Select "Check out with debit or Credit card" ALL ORDERS WILL COME WITH A RECEIPT as well.

 

After payment is confirmed and successful (24 hours after placing an order) your order will be prepared to ship within 5-7 business days EXCLUDING WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS  and HARSH WEATHER CONDITIONS along with a tracking number. 

 

A signature is required to protect Pretty Little Waist Not home at the time of Delivery? You may go to the nearest Post Office and pick up your package. You have 13 days to retrieve the package or it will be returned to Pretty Little Waist You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to redeliver product.

Pretty Little Waist is NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages once it has shown that package was successfully delivered and signed for. Any issues that arise must be taken up with the local post office.
